I’ve always said that the day I stop being nervous is the day I will quit playing piano.

Today, while preparing for a performance tomorrow, I had a thought.

A tiny thought.

“I feel nothing about this performance”

And ever since then I have felt physically sick full of anxiety and nerves

I like to believe that its my body’s way of letting me know not to give up on music
